Rye Whisky Tasting

Join us for this unique evening and experience 5 varieties of rye whisky while learning about their origins and flavor profiles from Kevin Loser, Master of Whisky. The stage will be set with a perfectly-paired, tasting menu created by Chef Phil Manganaro featuring a salted peanut, pear, cheddar salad, a braised short rib with marrow butter and grilled orange, and fresh shucked oysters with rye mignonette.
